HavernHR started in 2025 with one idea: most of what an HR team does every day is moving the same information between systems. We are building the platform that does that part, so the people side of the job gets the attention it deserves.
The year HavernHR was founded.
People across product, engineering and support.
Offices — New York and Lahore.
We kept meeting the same situation. An offer gets signed in one tool, the employee record is typed again in a second, payroll is reconciled by hand in a third, and by the time anyone wants a straight answer about headcount, three systems disagree.
None of that is a people problem. It is a data problem that HR teams have been asked to absorb manually for years. So we built HavernHR around a single employee record, and put AI agents on top of the work that is repetitive enough to be handed over — screening, document chasing, checks before payroll runs.
We are still early, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. What we can tell you is exactly what the platform does today, and what we are building next.
Four things shape how the product gets built, and how we work with the teams who use it.
Every module reads the same employee record. If it has to be reconciled later, we built it wrong.
AI should take the work nobody wants — chasing, checking, matching — not the decisions that need a person.
Every automated action leaves an audit trail. You can see what ran, when, and on what basis.
Employee data is the most sensitive data a company holds. Permissions, encryption and access logs are not an add-on.
Two offices, one team. Between them we cover US and Asia-Pacific hours, which is most of the day for most of our customers.
